As part of our own Professional standards we have accredited Exams in Singing, Acting, & Dancing.

We support quality and professional Performing Arts training within the UK’s Performing Arts Industry. We work to enrich the quality of Performing Arts training within our own environment and Arts education in Schools & Colleges, and we equip young people to live and work successfully in our society.
Our curriculum resources and opportunities for children’s professional performing Arts training support improvements in teaching and learning and equip our students, and those of the wider community to equip themselves with acting, singing, and dance skills required to perform in the ‘Industry’.
We support advances in Performing Arts training standards & education policy both in the UK & Internationally, bringing together policy makers and professionals from the UK and different countries to learn from leading practice and shape our future, and that of the Performing Arts Industry.

Jon Jon was born and raised in the Philippines and resides in Los Angeles, California. First venturing abroad in 1989 to join the original London cast of Miss Saigon; he has since played The Engineer in Germany, on the USA tour, Asian tour, back home in the Philippines, in the final year in the West End and, more recently, on the UK  tour. Recently he has been involved in the pre-Broadway development of new musical Allegiance with Lea Salonga and George Takei. Also, since moving to Los Angeles, the title role in The Romance of Magno Rubio ([Inside] the Ford, LA Weekly and Ovation Best Lead Actor nominations) and lead character Vichear Lam in new work Sweet Karma. His film roles include; Model Home, Blood Ransom, The Fifth Voyage of Sinbad, Breathe, Brown Soup Thing,An Immigrant Girl’s Journey, Proud American, Finding Foosball, Potluck, Feast and Yokai. His TV roles include guest starring in Las Vegas, Sons of Anarchy, Bones, The Mentalist, Monk,Southland, Miami Medical, General Hospital, Law & Order LA and Moonlight.

CDET Accreditation

We are a Recognised School in CDET – Council of Dance Education and Training

Our CDET registration ensures that your children are taught in a safe professional environment, by the right professional dance teachers. As part of our own Professional standards we have accredited Exams in Singing, Acting, & Dancing. As a Theatre School we believe it’s important for our students to have benchmarks in terms of their learning, and journey with us.

Please go and research our professional credentials. Your children are safe with us, because we care to teach them the right way. The Peploe-Williams Academy encourages all its students to enter these exams at our School. It is a way of measuring technical progress only, and could be useful for auditions to the top dance Schools, Royal Ballet, Northern Ballet, Central School of Ballet and Laine Theatre Arts. Annual Adjudications

Each year we have our own internal Acting, Dance, Performance and singing internal examinations. They replicate a professional audition, and all our Senior School students enter each March. Four professional Actors, Directors, Choreographers from the Business adjudicate our 9 to 18 years of age students.
